Cooler weather has arrived. Hearty pork chops are an easy way to make a flavorful fall dinner.

No need for dry and bland pork chops. This quick dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. Tender pork chops smothered in a tangy and creamy sauce may soon become part of your dinner rotation.

- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary (crush between your fingers)

Add oil to a large non-stick skillet. Heat to medium heat. Add pork chops and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the chop) or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove pork chops from skillet and keep warm.

Add cream cheese, chicken broth, balsamic vinaigrette, and Parmesan cheese to skillet. Whisk as cream cheese melts. Be sure to scrape up brown bits from bottom of skillet. Add rosemary, parsley and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth. Top pork chops with sauce and garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
